It can be easily fitted in any part of the house as it does not take much space unlike other exercise cycle. The Nautilus NB 3000 Exercise Cycle is based on a self generating Electromagnetic resistance system. It has no batteries or mains power attached to it. It comes in the dimensions of 106 x 60 x 137cm and weighs around 71kg/157lbs. Its maximum user weight is 159kg. It has 6 pre-set programs, 2 Heart rate control programs and 2 Custom programs and 11 other programs which include ride in the park, rolling hills, speed intervals, strength intervals, plateau and pike’s peak. It measures the heart rate by a hand grip sensors which comes with a heart rate strap.

This exercise cycle has a LED console which specifies the time, segment time, speed, average speed, RPM distance, calories, heart rate, workout level, watts etc. The seats are well padded and are ergonomically correct. It has a low step-over height, extra-wide self-levelling pedals, high inertia cast flywheel, industrial grade Poly-V drive belt, integrated beverage holder and a reading rack, Telemetric heart rate receiver, a two-stage drive train and one-piece crank. Nautilus has brought out Nautilus NB2000 upright cycle into the market. For all fitness lovers this exercise cycle is a good choice as it gives maximum comfort and durability. This equipment is suitable for homes and is operated with the mains power supply. The perfectly shaped frame gives proper alignment and support to the body. The LED 16 x 16 dot matrix displays shows four functions such as speed, time, calories, watts and work out levels. This enables you to keep a track of every detail of your workout.

For increased balance and support a high interim cast flywheel is fitted. Manually controlled V-force brake and V-Force resistance system gives workout resistance. There are 16 resistant adjustments. The Poly V belt is set up for better durability and smoother pedalling performance. The exercise cycle is low built so that you can easily get on and get down from the device.
