The offered workouts are Around the World, Cascades, Foothills, Interval, Kilimanjaro and Speed Training.
7 user defined programs are included in the system and the provided other workouts are quick start, on-the-fly programming and cool down mode. Life Pulse digital heart rate monitoring system with DSP is included in the device. The monitor of the bike consists of 7 x 15 LED segment with time, distance, RPM, level, calories, heart rate, calories per hour and watts. 16 character scrolling message centres is also provided to the system.
