It has 16 pre-programmed resistance levels ranging from 35 to 450 watts and manual programs ranging from 35 to 500 watts.
The ergonomically designed seat provides optimum comfort and support to help prevent aches and strain when working out for longer duration. It as 3 pre-programs comprising of weight loss, CV workout and hill interval; 1 random; one heart rate control or HRC with cruise control and a manual program to suit the demands of varied users. Smart DOT matrix displays workout profiles, 30 seconds pause and recall.
True Fitness 750R Exercise Bike has display features to allow one to check the improvements after rigorous exercising. The message centre with start-up information; time, distance, RPM, heart rate, work level, watts, Mets and calories are aptly provided for easy analysing.
